Unit 7 Blog

I enjoy having peer's reviews. I believe that it helps me to better understand how they would do certain things and it also helps me take any criticism very well. In the past my reviews from my peers has helped me in writing better papers. I believe that in every writing class we should have a chance to looks at others papers and let them know what we think about it.

Unit 6 blog

The past 6 weeks have been pretty hectic for me. I have been trying to stay on top with both of my classes in school. It seems I have two pretty difficult classes that i'm in right at the moment. One being anatomy, which anything dealing with science in high school wasn't my favorite topic. Also, the writing class i'm in. In high school I was good at writing papers, but since graduation I seem to have forgot basically everything I learned, which is scary for the most part. I also found out that i am expecting my second child, while i have a 21 month old here at home. Raising two young kids will be challenging for me because I do plan to continue with my education. So I hope god will be in my favor and that everything will work out for the best.

Unit 5 blog

School is influencing my life pretty big at this moment. Right now I have a 2 year old daughter and I just found out I am expecting my second in June. As you can expect I am very nervous because they are going to be so close in age. Being in school motivates me. I know as a young mother that I need to continue my education so I will be able to provide better for my kids. My husband is behind me 100 percent which helps me so much. I hope in the future my kids will be proud of me for accomplishing all my goals at such a young age. I hope they will follow in my footsteps and do the same and continue with college after high school.

Unit 4 blog

I Believe we need to cite our sources because it's unfair to the people who wrote the information for someone to take the information and act as if they wrote it their selves. I would be unhappy if someone took information that I spent alot of time on and published it as their own work. In high school I wrote a paper and didn't fully understand the whole concept of citing my sources. I didn't get the grade I would have got prior to because I didn't cite my information correctly. So basically it was as if I took the writers information as my own. I hope that I will continue to improve on this issue and become better at it.
